Direct signature is not enabled on our shipments. If you do not think you will be home at the time of delivery, we recommend that you contact FedEx via the FedEx Delivery Manager service. You can schedule a pickup at a FedEx holding location or reschedule a delivery date through the FedEx Delivery Manager service. If you do not use these options, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package.
