Just yesterday someone text me in steam and said i am from steam support. They said i click on a fishy link and my account needs a reboot. My user name change into some random number and they change my bio to some warning thing. They said you need to transfer all of your tradable items to your friend. And they said we can do it for you. I told them my friend name and they said confirm this request on your mobile app. I did and my items were all gone. I checked my friend profile and there was no items in there. They made a profile just like my friend and transferred my items into that person account. Please guys, I spent 4 years on this game and spend so much money on this game. I already text the support. Please if you know a way let me know. Thank You.

Sorry this happened to you man. Never click links and always be careful of accepting random friend requests from people, and be careful with typing your password into anything. Use Steam Guard if you’re not already. If you were, the scammer wouldn’t have been able to get into your account even with your password because of the 2-factor authentication

There’s nothing we can do bro, this is a human error. It’s your own fault. You got scammed. You fell for it. Accept it and move on. Steam support won’t do anything.

This is easy. Never click a link from an unknown source. If they said you have issues on your account always always double check with official support. Charge to your experience.

    I already text the support.

Now I’m wondering if you just messaged the fake Support account again
