According to an Article by Randy Mueller we are witnessing history at the moment: “They are converting 22.9 percent of their third downs on offense and were 0-for-the-game Sunday against the Bills. If this continues, it would be the lowest such rate in more than 50 years in the NFL — and there has been a lot of bad football in the NFL over the last half-century. Out of more than 1,500 NFL teams in that time, nobody can match that ineptitude.”

And guess which team was last in the NFL in that category last year? The Denver Broncos.

Sean Payton is an asshole, but he was totally right, Hackett really is one of the worst coaches ever. And yet he still has a job because his injured 40+ year old QB wants to play for him next year.

Zach Wilson has thrown a TD on just 20 of his 931 career passes. His 2.1% touchdown rate is the lowest in NFL history among players with at least 900 passes. I think that he may just possibly have something to do with this inept offense.
