Ticket prices are going to be so astronomically high that the typical diehard Detroit lions fan that have been making it an awesome home experience this year is not going to be able to go. This will be a hot ticket that really only the very wealthy can attend. My concern is that this will impact Detroit’s home field advantage.

“Who cares, we’re in the playoffs”. I get it. It’s definitely in the back of my mind about the makeup of our fans in the playoffs and how that affects the play. Will the bandwagon “I’m only here because of the hype and it being the hottest ticket around” fan stick with them and be loud even if the going gets tough?

This is a little concern trolling I know, but something I’ve thought about as we enter this new era of being good. What do you think?

My understanding is that season ticket holders have first crack at playoff tickets, so I think you’re worrying for nothing. But isn’t it a luxury to have something like this to worry about instead of who we should choose with our top five draft pick next year? LOL
