The Steelers, packers and 49ers are honestly bigger rivals to me than the commies. The commanders haven’t been much of a rival since the 90’s and now it isn’t even the “cowboys and Indians” game it’s just two nfc east teams. Since the 2000’s there’s been just a handful of great games vs them.
We’ve been crazy rivals vs the 49ers basically since the 70’s. NFC championship games, playoff games, big regular season games. The packers are maybe our earliest rival from the ice bowl to the 90’s dominance in the playoffs over them to the 2010’s dominance in the playoffs over us. The Steelers are from the afc but still to face them in the super bowl 3 times over many decades along with always being close regular season games I think they’re definitely close to the packers and niners. Of course the eagles are our biggest rival in the division but that’s also actually more modern because pre 90’s they weren’t as great vs us. The giants have always been tough. But enough to make them bigger rivals than the niners or packers? Idk it’s close. Here’s my list. Against outside the 70’s and 80’s really Washington hasn’t been that great vs us.
