I just wanted to speak some thoughts on this game. Basically, we sucked for 3 whole quarters and only lost by 3. Damian lillard had only gotten one foul shot in the first 3 quarters. Giannis choked probably 10 points worth of wide open layups and that last attempted dunk by Dame would’ve brought the lead down the stretch even tighter. Basically, I’m not going to worry about it. If we can come within this close playing 3 shitty quarters, we can definitely win if we play even half decent in ANY of those quarters. Never thought I’d see the day I feel this comfortable playing in clutch time as long as Giannis was our first option considering how limited his scoring options are, but I do not regret the Dame trade and if there’s one thing I’ve learned this year it’s that I FULLY 100% trust him in clutch time because he is him.
