What do you guys think? Do we try to make a move now? Or just ride it out and let this season die?

The truth is if we just keep the same core till Ja gets back I doubt we even make the play in, so what’s the plan? Because I really really don’t like the idea of wasting a year of Bane/JJJ and Ja together not to mention Smart also getting old.

Stay the course until the deadline and see where you stand. If the play-in is within reach, unload assets for a legit wing that plays both sides of the ball. If there’s a solid center who can set screens and gather boards, you call on him too.

With BC and Adams out all season (maybe not BC but that’s optimistic) there’s a cap on what our ceiling can be. Unless you’re making a trade you feel like you can get a long time positive asset for the team past just this year, you don’t make a trade.

This is just going to be reality for the team until game 25 when Ja and hopefully Smart are back. It’s why the close losses this season have been so painful, there are going to be games like we just watched.

Bro half of our “core” is injured. This team could legitimately switch places with the Memphis Hustle and half the league wouldn’t know the difference because no one can name a player getting minutes outside of Bane / JJJ

Lakers started off AWFUL last year and came hot into the playoffs and not only smoked us but the warriors. We’ll be fine

Half the good players we have are out on injury
