It was the same as you, pretty much. It shipped on the 22nd by 12:32pm and only got an update yesterday by 9pm saying my parcel was already in Portugal and ready to be delivered.
They pretty much don’t update from the moment it leaves the Netherlands, from there on forward it’s a guessing game
