Like a lot of people I’m seeing my parcel is now at the local delivery depot. Now it’s with Parcelforce and out of GLS’s hands hopefully it can get here today or tomorrow.

Nothing since then. Tracking number for Parcelforce shows they don’t have it yet. I think it would be very optimistic of me to expect it on Monday. I’m in Northern Ireland btw
Kind of a joke since they were listed as 3-5 day delivery.
Reached final parcel center as of 11pm!

Ordered 16/11 @ 18:22, email from Steam 20/11 preparing to ship, parcel reached parcel centre 22/11, 22/11 email from Parcel Force saying they had received my parcel then another email saying it would be delivered 23/11.
PF then emailed me this morning saying it would be delivered between 13:00-14:00 but turned up at 10:00 this morning when I wasn’t in. Managed to finally get hold of it this evening after collecting from the depot after trying to contact the driver through PF to drop it off at a post office.
Stressful day but very much worth it. Hold on in there guys!
Ordered my 512gb OLED at 3pm on the 17th, it’s been sitting on packaged since Saturday.
Not quite sure what’s going on but something doesn’t seem right, especially as they’ve just lowered the delivery estimate for new decks from 6-10 days to 3-5 days.
Now I’m annoyed… mine has been “waiting to be picked up” all bloody week now

Arrived today at lunch time.
Migrated from LCD to OLED using CloneZilla back up. My LCD has been completely restored to the OLED with no issues. All my decky settings, steam art dB customization, css loader. All moved over without a hitch 🙌🏻
I’m getting really frustrated by this thing. Seeing people randomly get their packages, while others have no updates, just sucks

The fact they changed the delivery estimate today to 3-5 days made me think the back log was caught up now but no dispatch yet, maybe they was supposed to change it to 3-5 weeks
3-5 days estimate is true and has been true for the entire duration of the sale now. That is the estimate for valve packaging your order and informing the delivery company that they can pick it up now. So as long as your device is “packaged” then valve has done their work.
What people dont get here is that its all about the delivery companies.
