I don’t understand how when these guys are so close and hang out that NO ONE talked to Josh and said (if true) “hey dawg this ain’t a good look”

Also how did this slip past the notoriously conservative OKC PR team? KD’s shit didn’t come out until AFTER he dipped out.

It’s a crazy world when you can go from stud to radioactive overnight.

Giddey always kind of seemed kind of odd, like he didn’t really fit in. In that SLAM interview he’s kind of just there, not really in sync with the other starters. He just seems disconnected both on and off the court. I don’t know, maybe I’m tripping.

This is so sad man. Giddey absolute fucking idiot

But it’s crazy that we are likely about to cut ties with a dude we drafted 6 overall two years ago and starts for us… And our rebuild likely isn’t gonna be hampered too badly by it. Long term, its likely we will be completely fine

I remember Thunder fans saying the same thing about trading Harden back in 2012.

Ok well good on you for remembering one stupid opinion from 11 years ago

Comparing giddey on this team to harden on a team that just made the finals is beyond dumb

I guess I touched a nerve huh. I’m sure a dynasty is coming from this roster no doubt. Not sure Chet or SGA will ever be as good as KD, but still.

Comparing Giddey to Harden’s on the court impact is hilarious. Check the on/off stats, we’re a much better team when he’s on the bench.

    Dang sorry Thunderbros.

Hopefully Chet losing his bestie doesn’t throw off his ROY campaign

    2 updates:

    1. He’s still following Giddey on IG. Idk if IG was acting buggy earlier, or if he re-followed him.

    2. J-Dub posted a bible verse on his IG stories. Regardless of how this turns out, our guys must feel sick rn

I’m not a thunder fan, but if I were to look at it as an Organizational standpoint it isn’t terrible. You guys have Chet, shai and Jdub who will be your main guys. You need a true pg and a wing, and while giddey does both decently he isn’t a right fit. I think you were going to trade him with like a few picks for someone more your lane. Now, it’s a guarantee and probably happens sooner. Trade him with 3 fr picks and some team will give you a decent player in return. It’s ok, okc is fine.

If you are angry about what he did I completely understand but I am giving my take on an Organizational pov
