I think other than staying with the double on Luka even while up 20 + (which IMO was a mistake) he did what he needed to do and kept the team level after giving up 30 in a row unanswered. In this type of game, that’s the best you can hope for.

If one of your best friends who you were known to be hanging out with was found to have committed a crime, I think it would be natural for people to ask you “did you have any idea this was happening?” - but the distancing of Chet via socials including scrubbing past posts instead of waiting until more information comes out isn’t a good look regardless.

Chet at the very least spent a lot of time with Josh in the off season, and there’s loads of YT content of them shopping for hours here in LA. The co-workers thing might be true in a traditional sense, but these are also 19-22 yo dudes who grew up in a social media over sharing environment. I can’t imagine Josh isn’t getting a text and smiling and Chet not asking "that your girl or something?

Chet is the right answer here, with none of us knowing what to expect from him. But Cason not “playing like a rookie” is right up there for me. No fear, and doesn’t make a ton of mistakes. He’s got range, and doesn’t shy from the moment. The fact that Mark is playing him a ton speaks volumes to me.

Kenny Hustle is the one for me too. He can do so much, and play so many roles it makes sense that whatever the Top 5 can’t do, he can slide into that role and keep us successful.
