Guys I’m traveling and haven’t been able to watch the last couple of games. The box score doesn’t pop for Christie. I’m wondering for those that saw the game, does he look hesitant when he gets the ball? I noticed in the few regular season games that he was just a different player when it came to aggression from what we saw in preseason. Are you seeing the same?

He’s a raw prospect still, but these sort of games are what’s going to make him a better nba player if he listens and learns

I actually liked his D on Irving. An almost impossible task but his footwork was great for the most part. He just needs more time and patience to develop. Can’t rush the harvest.

Yes and no. He’s a young unselfish player that listens. He’s got a good head on his shoulders. He’s an LA Laker and is wanting to fill a roll. He doesn’t have the ego of a Ja but I can see him being more of a young Curry sniper with more confidence. Also, he’ll put on more muscle.

There’s nothing that ‘pops out’ of the boxscore about Christie because he’s simply not that good and isn’t going to be. It’s funny how you stans think the Lakers are incubating a fucking special, all-star talent in the making when it’s apparent that he’s just another guy. Christie could have a nice little game every now and then but he’s not an Anthony Edwards or even a Tyler Herro waiting in the wings to help carry us to a title. At his best, in his prime, he’ll be a below average contributor. For now, he’s not very productive because he’s not very good.
