Were you able to replicate the bug in demo mode? Usually I get a bug with lotus, but I just move the items around and it combines.
It happens sometimes to me too. Dragging the Recipe out of backpack into your Inventory fixes it.
it did!! it took up a backup slot tho! ahahhaha
