I’m playing Final Fantasy XIV at the moment and have been for months, the amount of content and the fact they add more every few months, I feel like you could enjoy even as the only game you could play because of the variety

I spent pretty much a week just doing the gathering log for the botanist class then switched to my Bard and started doing dungeons and side quests again

Still have plenty of crafting classes and combat classes to level and do job quests for as well

I feel like there’s enough here I could just play it for a very long time

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a pretty good choice.

Football Manager. Or something else that can be played endlessly without really getting tired of it like a Stellaris.
