I do mean this in terms of nerfs and reworks due to community bitching but I specifically want to talk about the community and blizzards view of “toxicity”.

Being an asshole is bad, I think people who go on this game to flex some feeling of power and rile people up are pathetic, but to expect 100% positivity at all times is absolutely insane, in fact its crazy to expect of any form of communication under any context. In this game, politely asking for a switch or any sort of help or even just making a seemingly lighthearted joke can and does get construed as “negative” all the time. I don’t mean to sound rude but if you really are so sensitive that a “GG ez, diff” from a probably 14 year old on your screen negatively effects you then YOU should turn off chat and not make your immaturity everyone else’s problem by mandating a stupid report system where you can be banned even if you’ve never opened chat a single time. Search this sub and you’ll find many posts every single day of people who have done nothing wrong but were suspended anyway just because rats have realised the report system is broken and they can use it to troll. Posts on this sub are usually met with a “well you probably did something wrong so you deserve it” attitude which I honestly understand but you’ll change your tune when you get banned for nothing too.
