So coach Sean has again and again repeatedly pointed out how important attention to detail is, and has said even the tiniest details matter. One example was him painting the practice field with opposite team logos.
Do you guys have any other examples like this where coach showcased his attention to detail in your guys stint, just thought its cool.
A Saints running back in the was not wearing the right cleats and slipped. It cost us. Fortunately it didn’t cost us the game. Details are important. Having referees in practice. piping crowd noise in, there are a dozen different little things that Sean does that sets him apart. He deserves to be in that elite fraternity of coaches who have won a superbowl.

If you watch the Football Life on Bilicheck you can see great attention to detail in prepping. The guy basically lived in the film room. Like that interception in the SB. Due to incredible preparation and anticipation.
One time he stole Vicodin from the practice facility. He was on entourage, dated a young girl, and seemed to think he was a Hollywood superstar. Hopefully he’s reformed, but after the Super Bowl he had a string of years where he wasn’t really focused on the details of the saints as much as the details of having a good time.
