Our defense is average at best and probably will continue to be that way they have a lot more resources in terms of draft picks and money on the offense. They have 3 first round offensive lineman and a lot of money in the oline. First rounders in jamo, Gibbs. High second round in Laporta. Paid Montgomery. They are a team that will live and die by their offense and they did not show up today especially goff. The defense wasn’t that good but I feel we have to acknowledge where this team has invested their resources so far
Disagree. They lost because they can’t get stops. They’ve been winning in spite of that because of the offense but it’s a team sport. You need to have a D do something out there.

You’re talking two games. The pass defense has sucked for years. People didn’t notice because we could stop the run but any decent QB rips us up and there’s never an answer. The better QBs we’ve faced have beaten us except Mahomes and he just needed his boys to catch something.
