Previous years I was always lurking in other teams subs. Sometimes I’d talk some shit, mostly I just wanted to see what they were saying. The playoffs really broke me out of that. I was just getting so angry that the other fans weren’t seeing what I was…… almost like the irrationally fanatic about their squad. There’s ZERO use in going in another teams sub. What am I gonna see? 99% of the time it’s some bullshit that’s gonna infuriate me, and I just don’t need that stress anymore.

Dubs fans over estimate the amount of agency they have cause of their success. Like yeah you can talk shit that your team won but some I see straight up act like their shit don’t stink

Seems like this is holdover from them convincing themselves Draymond did nothing wrong by stepping on Domas and it probably didnt even hurt

Love how they love having the face of Douchebaggery as the leader of their team.

I don’t have video but they showed a replay on the local broadcast. It didn’t look like much, wasn’t a hard hit, but Klay and Keegan bumped heads. My guess is that Keegan got hit right in the eye and couldn’t see. He def stayed down longer than you would expect based on the contact but I’m sure he wasn’t flopping or faking it (it’s Keegan). Just took a little hit in a very bad spot I think. Surprised nobody asked him about it postgame (that I saw).

As time passes, people will largely remember the highlights and forget the rest. The story will whittle down to box scores and a couple big shots, and we’ll talk about Fox vs. Curry, and Curry’s all-time game 7. But I’ll never forget the Bay Area media hit pieces. The “Sabonis is attacking us with the ball and playing dirty” bullshit. I’ll never forget Steve Kerr, after all his high and mighty act all these years, saying “I didn’t see it, I don’t know.” But most of all, I’ll never forget the crowd of people booing our guy as he writhed on the floor with a swollen eye socket, booing him because he got bashed in the face, booing him because just before that, he had the audacity to get stomped on and they were upset that their player got punished for it. That’s who those people are, now and forever, and all the legacy-work in all the years that follow will never wash it off.

Steve, what do you have to say about violence in America?

“People need to to personal responsibility, everyone needs to see that this is not ok. We as parents, as teachers, as law enforcement, as citizens, we all need to look within ourselves and admit that violence is not ok, not in any way, shape, or form.”

Steve, what do you have to say about the violence committed by your own player at half court on national television?

“I didn’t see it. But he’s a good player and we need him.”

If you can’t take personal responsibility for your own people, you can’t tell anyone else to take responsibility either. You’re just a coward.

100%. Used to admire him, now he’s shown who he really is. What’s the first and last thing every Kerr says every time he mentions Draymond? “without him, we wouldn’t have won one championship”. That says it all - Draymond can do anything as long as it helps them win. I am kind of suspicious that might have been part of why Myers decided to step away…

Wait until those guys get a load of Draymond Green’s antics.
