    If you do not pick Chris Evert on clay courts, it is like not picking the Rafael Nadal on clay courts.

      Only two decades have three RG champions and the 1980s is the only one with three multiple time champions.

      Evert over Seles, 1980s Graf over 1990s Graf and Navratilova vs Hingis goes to Martina sr.

    The level of the field generally increases with time. Peak Iga, Ash and Naomi would destroy peak old gen. And they would be destroyed by those who come after.

      I think you should watch Seles vs Graf in the 1992 RG final, nobody except those 2 could ever touch this level.

    Chris Evert is the greatest female player on clay. She won 10 Slams on clay(7 French and 3 USO). Evert won 125 consecutive matches on clay and in those she lost just eight sets, and 71 of the sets she won (27 percent) were 6–0 and after her streak she bounced back to win 72 more in a row on clay. Her win percentage on clay is 94.55% making her the best ever on clay.
