Ben is the best QB in Steelers History and I’ll almost certainly never see a better QB in black and gold in my lifetime.
And I voted top 15.
I think it hurts him that he was rarely and maybe never a top 2 QB when he was playing. Never an all-pro.
He was on track for being higher than this, but didn’t really have post-season success after the GB Superbowl.
Some of that is on bad luck and injuries to key players (Bell, Brown, Shazier, etc).
And some of that is that he had a pretty bad turnover issue in playoff games. And for whatever reason, lots of those turnovers seemed to go the other way for 6 (like the pick 6 in the GB game that many people forget about because Mendenhall’s fumble came late).
