He and beane have developed talent, culture, and won at a consistent rate. Here we are, above .500 with a chance at playoffs this season, and the sky is suddenly falling. Look at the big picture.
The big picture is you guys are going backwards. Not sure why you’d be worried about replacing a .500 coach.
If he can’t beat the team in the number one spot, nothing else matters.
If you told me this without backing it up I’d call you a liar. It really doesn’t seem like it should be that high when the team is 6-5 this year.
Also, seeing the pats near 500 is beautiful.
Bills fans truly forget just how pitiful of a franchise we were
I will say he shouldn’t be calling defense and doing all HC stuff though. We either need to let him continue defensive playcalling and hand off clock management to someone else or have him do that and sign a DC.
This is a Josh Allen graph. Not a Sean McDermott graph.

Now do playoff winning percentage
People who want him fired are just dumb. By that logic every great coach should have been fired the first time they had a so so start to their season.
Fire Josh! Fire Dabol! Fire Dorsey! Fire Beane! Fire McDermott!!!
Am I right? I think I got that in the right order not counting repeats to get rid of Josh.
this is a josh allen is good post
Unless your goal is to win a Super Bowl
Wisconsin sports has been blessed recently
only the bills would have this percentage and not make the super bowl yet…
Just because McDermott’s gotten us to the playoffs doesn’t mean he’s the guy to get us to the Super Bowl. If we can find someone better, we need to upgrade.
Seeing the Patriots so far down makes me happy
Sorry I still disagree and don’t think the team can get over the top with him at the helm.
