Insomniac excels in the open world department, especially their last 3 marvel games. They aren’t Rockstar level detailed but they feel immersive and detailed especially Spider-Man 2. I assume they’ll probably follow suit with Wolverine if not maybe a semi-open world.

I also heard it was M rated which I believe is gonna be the company’s first M rated game but correct me if I’m wrong. I’m fucking excited.

Not every game needs to be open world. Linear is fine as long as it’s a good game

Nah, make it an action packed linear story.

Open worlds fuck with pacing and i’m so fucking tired of superhero games that have terrible pacing because they need to accomodate an open world structure.

Please, dear god, give me one linear superhero gamw, PLEASE!

Honestly, I hope they just take the X-Men Origins game that was on Xbox 360 and PC and use that as the template.

That game fucking owned and absolutely nailed what playing as Wolverine should feel like.

Easily the best movie tie-in game of all time and an awesome wolverine experience.

If they aren’t using it for a model on what a wolverine game should be, they are fucking up.

To some degree yes. But I would love for it not to be open world at all personally.

No. Insomniac made one of my favorite game series of all time, Resistance: Fall of man. That was M rated
