Sideloading would already be a thing and the back wouldn’t be made out of glass by now

The “unwanted mini” fiasco would have played out very differently if the 5.4 was the “iPhone” and the 6.1 was the “iPhone Plus”. Besides that would make the distinction between Plus and Max make much more sense

No pro/base models, not a bunch of colors. Silver or space gray and probably 2 storage options. No max or mini either

I think a lot of things Apple has done today on the iPhone wouldn’t have been allowed with Steve. The protruding camera and how the whole camera bump looks awkward, notch, and what the iPhone has become. Apple went from a company that was very focused on the product to a company that cares less about the product. Apple today seems like they only care about pumping out products and printing money and way less product focused. Personally, I don’t think that’s such a great look.

Lot of people saying the phone wouldn’t have gotten bigger, but the Android side showed that people wanted OMG HEUG phones.

I think the notch would have never passed the Jobsian review.

I do think that the camera bump would also have driven him crazy so he might have ordered the team to design around it.

But there’s not much you can really do once the shape reaches the flat rectangle. So, I don’t the phones would be radically different.

I would be surprised if Apple did’t decide early on to make iOS built on-top of Android instead of the XNU based platform they have today.

Remote app wouldn’t have been baked into the control center. There wouldn’t be swipe from top, swipe from near top, swipe from top but toward the corner… yadda yadda.

There would be a phone that fits in 1 hand.
