Who do you guys have as the best wing defender in the league rn, I think Lu dort and Ben simmons is a good choice as well if he can stay healthy throughout the season, and underrated choices? Maybe some players who don`t get a lot of love for their on ball defence

I reckon Jaden McDaniels. But could be convinced on a couple other people.
According to B-ball Index, Jaden McDaniels has the best perimeter isolation defense and ball screen navigation grades in their 10 year database.
He also had the biggest jump in perimeter isolation defense from last year and is ranked the best in the league.
Filtered down to wings, McDaniels is the right most outlier on this chart, and this is while being 99.6th percentile in matchup difficulty.
