Also, the odds for Defensive/Special teams TD was only 2.9/1 and I didn’t pull the trigger. Dolphins were hitting their projections all across the board, but past disappointments have made it hard for me to bet on our guys. I had Phillips o0.5 sacks so I felt real shitty wishing he’d get on the field and subsequently, he got hit by a meteor.

I imagine most pundits (and a lot of us stupid gamblers) had a lot of losses this weekend due to the Lions shitting the bed. I had them all over the place and I have Michigan family members…I just think they might be cursed.

Thrilled that Miami was able to pummel the Jets like a good team should, and 8-3 with three very winnable games ahead is a great situation. I’m happy that they’re looking strong against the majority of the NFL, but we’ll still have to wait a few weeks to see if they’ll spank a contender. Hoping they blast the Cowboys into the sun and keep this train rolling.

It’s so nice to play garbage teams and just win. I legit can’t remember the last time we had a team that just wins the games they were supposed to. People can say whatever they want about a few losses to good teams, but those same good teams have lost to some really suspect teams.

FinFans: The bad turf sucked. But why teams have to play on it involves two culprits. First, Goodell, the Park Avenue Suits and majority of Owners don’t want the expense of changing to a safer surface. Yes, shocking to learn they’re hypocrites, shouting “player safety,” while keeping shite surfaces. But the NFLPA & players share the blame. In negotiations they had a demand for eliminating dangerous fields for all grass. But they were so eager to accept the owners concession that made it easier for them to Smoke Grass that they gave up on all grass fields. So now we have to see turf injuries, not “un-safe” tackling injuries! Dadgumit!
