Cleveland hasn’t had a QB all year, their d probably has worse personnel than the Jets on a positional basis, but they have a good o-line and at least equal if not better WR’s.
You can’t win shit without an o-line. Trent Williams went down and the Niners lost 3 straight.
Literally all the mf’s who continue saying QB is vital ignore the o-line. The best o-lines in the NFL are the top teams in the league.
Who is to say Geno, Zach, or Darnold wouldn’t have busted if the Jets o-line didn’t suck ass every year or get hurt?
Jets should tell Rodgers to piss off, fire all the coaches, hire Bill Callahan and sign Jameis Winston.
I said this when every Jets YTer was parroting the “Zach Wilson is the common denominator” over the last 3 years when a shit OL has been the theme since the Rex Ryan days.
That doesn’t mean any QB is good just that the OL has been consistently bleh.
FWIW, I hate drafting PAC12 QB’s to NYC too. It’s very likely that Wilson sucked anyway. So it’s just more sick endlessly stacking.
