I think EB and Sam have a decent rapport and making Sam learn another new system might be detrimental. Ben Johnson could be the next Mcvay/Kyle Shan so missing on him would hurt, and BB is him but I question his motivation to bring a new team from the gutter at this point in his career.
Gun to my head I choose Ben Johnson cuz I do think he’s the next up and coming young coach and we’ve missed on too many of those. I wish we gave the team to EB I really thought Ron was gone after yesterday; we need to see what EB can do with the team in his hands imo. BB seems like a wildcard but the rumors are certainly there rn. Those seem like the most likely 3 to me though

Both are real old, defensive coaches, who want full control, but aren’t actually good at drafting.
The new coach needs to be Ben Johnson or Bobby Slowik.
