Imagine sucking and being in the division basement for decades and having to watch the same team dominate you again and again. Suddenly, you get a top qb in a trade and finally have an opportunity to win the division and make noise in the playoffs. Then, not even a drive through the season, you lose your qb for the whole season and you now have to watch the team play like the same joke it has been for more than a decade. At least the pats had little expectations for this season and still have recent memories of success back in the brady days. Us pats fans should be thankful, it could have always been worse.
IMAGINE BEING A JETS FAN? I’m not suicidal.
Pats fans could win less than 4 games every year for the next 70 years and STILL have more happiness as an organization than every other franchise in the league. It’s almost impossible to overstate how much Brady did for the Patriots and the league. Rivers, Tomlinson, the Jags that one year, Vince Young, Andrew Luck, and so many other would-be stories were crushed by “the Patriots won again”.
Brady is the GOAT.
I have a college classmate who is a JEST fan but lives in the Boston area.
He went to yesterday’s game and saw the Fail Mary in person. That was his first in-person game since Thanksgiving 2012.
Tell him to go to games more often
I like to call it Bills first slaughter of the jets, hc of the jets for what 23 hours or some such
This season has to be fucking rough. They were poised to make the playoffs and that crashed by the fourth play of the season
