Arrived today. Plugged it in using official charger… Nothing. Held the power button… Nothing. Left charging for 6 hours… Nothing.

I’m assuming dead on arrival. Anything I should check first before contacting support?

    I don’t believe so … I’ve never tested it. :(

    Still, I would open and look before an RMA, but you know … I’m curious like that.

      As long as valve doesn’t know. What they don’t know wont kill them, lol
