    I’m glad someone reminded people Pop ain’t new to this he’s true to this. Pop’s developmental decisions have always been slow and methodical.

    Even from a single season perspective, some of Pop’s best team start slow and develop late.

    This is how he’s always built things for better or worse.

      And this is a simplified view on the matter. Pop isn’t the one noticing this stuff, but he’s listening to the people who do and is willing to experiment along those observations. So when people obsess about him “losing his way” that requires him to either stop trusting his staff (which isn’t true) or to be overruling them (which isn’t true).
