Would be amazing if we beat the miners… dolphins… cowboys… rams and jets. Would show our team isn’t complete ass. Would give us something to actually build upon instead of thinking our Defense needs to be thrown out. If our defense is the reason we are winning obviously. Would be a lot of great momentum going into next year. Our team would know we can beat contenders and would potentially give them confidence going into next year… kinda like the lions last year. We would have to draft well and get production from our draft but sounds similar to the lions season

Not sure if I agree with that one, he’d be the first playoff win in 18 years and the first championship appearance in 32 years. No way I’m firing anyone after that happens.
But a playoff appearance alone is not it. A divisional round appearance would highly depend on how we won the wild card round (a Hurts-less Eagles? a badly ref’d game? a Detroit double-doink? a true defeat of the 49ers?)
