FIRE.

Even if Ron limps us to “almost” a playoff spot, the best performance eval Ron can possibly get for himself after his time here is “mid”.

Josh Harris didn’t buy this team to be consistent mid. He isn’t promising to hang DIVISION banners up.

With no hard feelings, if Ron isn’t looking like a guy that can realistically take this team to the legit SB contender level (he isn’t) then its time to look for someone who is.
