Hi! I’m new to reddit so I hope this subreddit is good for my problem… I recently bought a AOC monitor, I knew that they have an app for it with some features so I’ve downloaded it from the AOC website - from here to be exact: https://aoc.com/pl/gaming/gmenu?slug=gmenu Unfortunately after installing it, it couldn’t find/connect to my monitor so I thought - nah, I don’t want to fight with this thing to work so I’ve uninstalled it. Than McAfee showed a notification that it detected a potential virus in C:\Windows\G-Menu and it has to be deleted by customer support. I go to C:\Windows and I’ve tried deleting it manually, but it shows pop up that it was an error and can’t delete the folder because it contains virus or unwanted software. Windows Defender Scan says that everything’s okay. I don’t really know what to do now. Should I wait till I can contact McAfee Support or leave it at it is?

UPDATE: When I right clicked on the folder I could destroy it by McAfee. When I opened it it said that the file was quarantined and I can delete it or keep it. Currently fully scanning whole computer. Is it enough? Do I need to do something else?
