What are your thoughts on Randle & Grimes for DeRozan and PWill? We’d probably throw in a pick or two.

We can slide RJ to the 2, and start PWill and DeRozan. DeRozan is essentially the same player on offense as Randle (ton of iso and midrange), just a lot more efficient. PWill is off to a slow start this season, but showed lots of flashes of potential. I think Grimes has shown he’s pretty expendable with the way DiVo’s been playing. What are your thoughts? Too big of a shakeup in the middle of the season?
