I was at the Clippers game with some friends last night and it was a tough game to stomach. No rhythm, energy or camaraderie. We started talking about the team and how we could be better roster moves aside.
The 3 things we decided we need were more set plays and less iso, develop our young players and bring tons of energy.
All of these are coaching duties. We started asking what Kidd brings to the table and besides the players like him we were coming up short.
What are Kidd’s strengths? We all know his past in coaching. But what does he bring to the table? I mean this seriously and am looking for honest answers.
Thanks #MFFL
No idea why you’d get downvoted. I think this is the most level headed explanation of Kidd’s shortcomings. Maybe OP was fishing for compliments about Kidd but I really don’t have much good to say either about him as a coach. It’s a bummer. If the Mavs are sub .500 by Christmas which looking at the schedule makes it seem entirely possible… Cuban has to fire Kidd.
