He went at the end of the 7th in my draft. I took Dotson two picks before him. I feel like such a fucking idiot looking back at it, but then realize 11 other teams made 7 picks before Evans was taken. But still.

So what’s the verdict, hall of famer? What do you think is the threshold for him to get in, 13-14k yards? As of this writing, he sits at 11,275. 13k is Torry Holt, Andre Johnson, Boldin territory. It’s plausible he gets there in two seasons considering he can be mid to upper 11k at the end of this year and if he decides to keep playing and remains healthy, can maybe eclipse 15k which is a number only 6 others have achieved. Thoughts?
I should have seen the writing in the wall with baker coming to Tampa. Dude loves to throw down field. Godwin was bradys dude, with that safe, methodical movement down field. But baker likes to sling it and and i should have known he’d be slanging big chunk plays to his big downfield weapon, it just makes sense.
I’ve drafted him several times and never been excited about it. But after reading this incredible stat, I think he may have been part of all of my winning teams. Unreal. HOF.
