All great QBs have a clock of when to move. Carr doesn’t step up, roll to a side or do shit. He drops back and stands like a statue

Drew was a master of pocket presence. Can no one on this coaching staff help Carr improve in this aspect of his game? He is pitiful

Watching C.J. Stroud after our game was painful. To see a rookie with that level of pocket awareness just made me sad about our situation with Derek “I’m a fucking Michelangelo statue” Carr.

Carr’s literally always had awful pocket presence, even in Oakland

Gruden was the only one who helped him with this.

16 and back dude didn’t have a problem scrambling.

    Cue injuries.

Horrible pocket presence but Gruden helped him with it. I think you need to fuck with Dereck and let him know he can improve constantly.

Thing is it’s been 10 years of this now. Dudes toast but will get shots on other teams

Carr has to be settled and have good footing or he freezes. It’s in his head. He is like a robot in the pocket. Moves like Robocop

I’ve been playing the new Robocop video game, so that’s why that anecdote came to me
