While it was nice to hit 400 yards so quickly after he’s gone, the thing that makes Canada seem so much worse than we thought he was is how competent the offense looked moving the ball. Jokes aside, this was the smoothest the offense has looked in the last few years. At no point did I feel like we were even close to falling back into the routine 3 and out pattern. Now, we’re far from perfect. But this was an amazing first step to fixing our problems. And if we can keep it up while fixing some more next week, we just might start seeing our boys as they should be.
