The offense is alarming at this point. It’s not just last night, they have been prone to long periods of stagnation in most games this year. They have scored many points off of short fields granted by the defense this year. The defense looks to be in playoff form already, offense needs to catch up or we aren’t going very far.

We should be able to sustain at least 4 TD drives that start inside our own 40 per game with this offense. Right now, it seems like we often struggle to generate more than 2. We can’t rely on the defense getting turnovers if we want to score more than 20 points in a game.

Pretty crazy that Frank Reich didn’t even last a year and had a shorter tenure than a number of absolutely awful coaches over the years, including Hackett last year. The Panthers did him a favor, though. That team is a dumpster fire.
