I understand Aaron Rodgers, one of the greatest football players of all time, won MVP with “Hackett’s System.” What the fuck is the system? Why can literally no one else but Rodgers use this system? It has not been unsuccessful elsewhere - it has been a catastrophe. Not only is it ruining teams, but it is ruining Hackett’s own legacy. It’s truly incompetence on all levels, and anyone involved should take a serious look at themselves.

Dobbs didn’t even know his coordinator’s name and was able to stitch together a win. The OC was saying “X is running a slant, Y is running a post, and W is doing an option curl.”

What the fuck is the system? What other teams have an offense so complicated that it causes a plethora of penalties without gaining any yards?

Tim Boyle, one of the worst football statlines I have ever seen - in his life, let alone the NFL, was said to know “the system.” I saw nothing special on Friday. No pre-snap, no audibles, no big plays, nothing productive. Dude sucks on all levels. It’s a shame, and an embarrassment Tim Boyle even had a chance to start.

I’m no expert, but if a manager has a plan, and that plan causes failure, they usually they change that plan around to fit the workers, NOT the manager. Aren’t we working for a same goal here? Wins? Who gives a fuck about Hackett’s magic plan. If it doesn’t work - change it. I haven’t seen anyone say that they are considering changing the play calling style.

A part of me feels bad for Hackett. He needs a QB who understands the system and how to read coverages using their pre-snap looks. He also needs an offensive line / tight ends that aren’t horrendous at blocking. When you watch the tape of the offense, you can see why Saleh keeps saying that they’re “close”. There’s always 1 player making a major fuckup on the plays that don’t work which otherwise would go for decent yardage. If we had Broderick Jones instead of Max Mitchell and if AVT had stayed healthy, also if we had benched Uzomah earlier, this offense could be middle of the pack. It’s really simply been Newman, Mitchell, and Uzomah who have doomed the offense.
