I truly don’t expect Rivera to get the boot until the season ends, but I’m really kind of wondering what leadership would look like next year. From Ron Rivera and Eric Bienemy to Jason Wright and Martin Mayhew, the whole place could easily get the boot, but who are legitimately worth hiring to replace them?

Campbell is a motivational speaker, not an X’s and O’s guy

Great locker room presence but that offense will probably fall off once Ben Johnson leaves. Credit to Campbell for finding him to

There’s some chatter about Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham being a front runner for the GM job. He has history with the Eagles under Howie and Ravens under Ozzie Newsome, and is a UVA alum.

Head coach, no idea. It will not be Belichick, let’s establish that now. Ravens DC Mike MacDonald has history with Cunningham, so that could be an option. Ben Johnson, Bobby Slowik, Frank Smith, and Jim Harbaugh are also good options.

Literally everyone, down to the waterboy. They probably already have a list of presidents in mind, and those people will have lists of GMs they’d want, and people interviewing for GM positions will already have a list of coaches they’d want, etc etc

Whole new front office and talent evaluation team. I expect a wing of analytics guys. My preference is Brian Flores. Keep EB if Flores wants him. Get the GM and personnel/talent evaluation squad first.
