I feel like when the jags lose it’s typically agreed by most of the fan base that jags either played like shit or jags just being jags. But when other teams lose to the jags, their subreddits implode with wild red collusion accusations and shit.
Are we just so used to being bad that we can accept losing?
We literally have a phrase that we speak of today that’s complaining about the refs. Myles Jack wasn’t down. That was about a much bigger game though the AFC championship game. Something the Texans don’t know about.
I think we do. I mean we still tout MJWD to this day.
I lost my shit entirely when the refs jobbed us in the 2017 AFC Championship game. Still remember the bad calls and the missed calls. TB12 has ZERO chance to pull the comeback win without all that help from the zebras.
MJWD has been our mantra since that game lol.
Because we’ve never been the constant recipient of Ref “favor” if that is even a thing. We’ve grown up not expecting help. And what good does it do to be a bunch of bitches?
We haven’t had an official fuck the refs thread since 2017 after the Browns game. We still won the game but a lot went wrong in the game reffing wise. The culture on the team and the fanbase has changed a lot since then. Probably because MJWD.
That doesn’t mean we don’t bitch about the refs. Everyone does but we don’t have meltdowns it feels like since 2017.
We do. Don’t get it twisted the refs are a damn joke this season. The Texans were getting away with blatant holds. The Chiefs Jets game was absolutely pathetic officiating. Truth of the matter in the Texans game wasnt it was well officiated, but they made the call to kick a 58 yard FG with a subpar kicker. They also complained about Josh Allen’s horsecollar sack, but there is t horsecollar in the pocket, so a lot of it is not knowing the rules.
