I called them and receive a message saying they are unable to take my call. I email them and receive a notification from Google saying delivery did not go through. I start a chat and get a message saying they are unavailable and that I should email them.

How do you have money to build a billion dollar sphere but don’t even have basic support for your products?
It’s probably through whatever tv function you used - so maybe Apple TV or Prime if you have an Amazon or Fire tv.
Thanks but mine wasn’t linked through another TV or app. I was just watching it on my desktop.
