I called them and receive a message saying they are unable to take my call. I email them and receive a notification from Google saying delivery did not go through. I start a chat and get a message saying they are unavailable and that I should email them.

How do you have money to build a billion dollar sphere but don’t even have basic support for your products?

Did you try the chat function?

Edit: Nevermind I read the whole post. Chargeback on your credit card, just be careful Dolan might ban you from all MSG properties.

Idk how YES is able to make a fairly good and functioning streaming app for the Yankees and Nets….but MSG simply isn’t able to.

Knicks and Rangers should be raking in enough to cover the expenses.

It’s probably through whatever tv function you used - so maybe Apple TV or Prime if you have an Amazon or Fire tv.

Thanks but mine wasn’t linked through another TV or app. I was just watching it on my desktop.

Making it very difficult to cancel a monthly subscription is technically illegal. Companies still try to do it and they only stop once people threaten enough lawsuits (anyone who tried to cancel NYT subscriptions in the past 3 years knows).

I guess Dolan found the workaround by using a fake email and unplugging the answering machine. Can’t get sued if there’s no contact support!
