I genuinely am curious. I can totally understand why our offense is dogshit but I’m struggling from a personnel standpoint to understand how a team with Ausar/Stew/Duren (in part) in the front court can be such dog shit when a Wagner/Banchero/WCJ-Goga or Brooks/Jabari/Sengun can be top 5 defensively

I’m obviously not expecting a top 5 defense - but like what am I watching ? If anyone had stats or data they could point to I’d be very curious, thank you
