You know who you are.

Get off League or whatever super competitive MOBA, FPS, fighting game and go play something you actually have fun playing.

Go play that RPG you’ve been putting off grinding rank just to get hard stuck because you’re playing frustrated and playing worse every match.

Go play that shameless weeb anime game you know you have a ball playing despite how dumb it is.

Go play that comfy game that sparks joy.

Get the crew together for some party games.

Go have fun.

Me playing My Time at Sandrock for two weeks straight and still loving it. Everyone hates the devs and is shitting on the performance but it’s the perfect game for me.

yeah, i kept trying to force myself to play COD or Battlefield online and all I’m doing is getting frustrated… As soon as I booted up Rainbow Six Vegas’ campaign I was in heaven. I even found some satisfaction from Battlefield’s Vs AI lobby.

The games I have fun playing and genuinely enjoy don’t exist anymore. I get maybe one every 5-6 years. Last one was Hifi Rush. Before that? Maybe the first Ori game (2015), since the second one wasn’t anywhere near as good.

So yeah, I might hate League, and Overwatch, but at least they don’t put me to sleep like WoW or FFXIV do, and they last more than 2 days.

Honestly, I don’t want to play that many games on stream. I’ve been doing a lot of coding related stuff on stream recently. Like literally, one night I was just on there messing around with the Android source code and trying to compile it for a device. Sure, while doing that, I was also messing around and talking about other stuff, but I want to do things like that on stream.

And it’s ok to drop a game if you’re no longer enjoying it. Games are like friendships. A rare few are meant for forever. Most last a season. And that’s ok.

    Just did that.

Played one game which was rarely fun but I “had to grind” to be able to play rare fun parts of it so I gave up and went to play game I actually find fun.

Only thing I regret is not quitting sooner.
