The games I have fun playing and genuinely enjoy don’t exist anymore. I get maybe one every 5-6 years. Last one was Hifi Rush. Before that? Maybe the first Ori game (2015), since the second one wasn’t anywhere near as good.

So yeah, I might hate League, and Overwatch, but at least they don’t put me to sleep like WoW or FFXIV do, and they last more than 2 days.

Are you surprised?

Once upon a time, you had a backup tank when your main tank got discorded. Maybe there’s a reason for that.

I don’t want to. I enjoy playing utility characters, tanks, etc. in every game, not just OW. But damage is absurd now, and where in ancient history I felt like I could carry as a healer or something like Mei, now I feel like the only way you win is by having more damage than the enemy team.

And I say that being on average 3800 to a little over 4k rating back in OW1.
