Ty Lue needs to go. We are pretty much stuck with this team, but there is a chance that a good coach could get some kind of system and rotations going.

If we don’t change the coach now we will just have to next year, might as well have some time to figure it out.

Now for the crowd that loves to call out the Doomers please include one thing Ty Lue did well in your reply.

Kawhi isn’t as washed as you might think, man had a decent almost 30 points tonight. Ofc, he did fall apart mentally (although part of that is on the darn refs who wouldn’t give us a single soft call)

PG somehow was in his feelings again and just went real sluggish…

Harden could have stepped up more, he was looking good

Russ had some good plays. He also had a few bad turnovers. all in all, nothing very much out of the ordinary

Mann… did struggle on shooting but all the defense and rebounding gives him some slack.

Zu played hard. Put up good stats. Not mostly his fault for being bad at defense (That’s on cough the coach cough and the tired sluggish stars who would just let Reggie blow them by which is weird because technically they’re similar-aged)

For some reason, I barely remember seeing any bench members. Powell maybe? Little Theis?

oh boy is it bad that I’m used to this now? haha… let’s go clips on to the next one

The lack of Darwinism on this team is fucking loud. No young talent playing, no hunger for minutes, just 35 year olds knowing they won’t be benched, I guarantee you that Kobe Brown and Bones will dive for loose balls, take charges, and just get in the fucking mud so they are able to play. Winning teams have guys like that.

This is why the team just before Kawhi and PG was way more fun to watch.

Man I miss the lou will and Montrezel PnR, The Pat bev mischeif, and most of all the hustle and hard play.

Regardless of who was playing, that’s a well coached team over there and they’ll always be tough to beat if we don’t play smart or up to the standard that we expect. That ain’t the spurs or some young inexperienced squad. They continue to teach us lessons - good for them

OH one thing I’d love to see.

4ppl standing outside the arc, a big inside waiting for a 2 man High-low passing game, some screens, a hard drive that draws defenders, a nice kick out pass for a wide open threeeee

This is basic basketball… I have a vage memory of seeing this a long time ago lmao when Ty Lue was fresh. Now all we have is bricks, chuckups, (bad) screaming in the 4th quarter, and fingers crossed so hard they might as well be welded together.

This loss is more embarrassing than the Lakers getting bopped by 40.We lost to 2 ex Clippers against our full strength team and a lost AF Zu per usual.

It’s a painful one, but I’m not down and out. I think the right move is to create a system and not just live and die by isos. I feel like Batum and RoCo were great because they were part of a system in that they had defined roles of being 3 and D guys. I just don’t really see a system and see Russ, PG or Kawhi chucking balls and not utilizing their teammates.

It sucks, but I’m not down and out. It’s more on our own issues than the Denver team being great.

Why couldn’t Bones Hyland get a shot over Harden as the Reggie Jackson defender? Obviously Reggie avoided Mann and Russ w switches.

    So Bones could defend Reggie.

Zu playing his best game of the season and Ty subs him out, wt flying F!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Zu frustrated at the his teammates missing the pick and roll assignments.

But I’m sure some idiot fans will blame Zu for the defensive lapses.

    TADOW

Ty attritioning his stars again. 🤣🤣🤣

    This coach is a joke.

Ballmer had a chance to get Nurse on the summer to replace this idiot. Nope.

Could have found a way to trade Zu and others for an upgrade at center. Nope.

Decided to go star gazing and pulled off one of the worst trades the team could have made. Gutting their defenders.

But the absolute worst would be if they give this cooked KL a max extension. This dude is a shadow of himself, playing this slow deliberate game, getting his numbers. He’s fucking done.

Very frustrating loss, the team simply didn’t show up or take this game seriously and paid the price. Not much else to say about games like this where there was really no excuse.

    Onto the next.

Kawhi never should have left Toronto. Woulda been back to back instead he came to waste the last years of his career on this shit
