If he’s gonna go through growing pains and learning to manage games, I’d rather it be a year where QB1 is down for the year and there are no expectations.

What salts my ass the most besides the playing not to lose mentality he brought again last night is him throwing his QB under the bus in the press immediately after the game (yes Dobbs sucked).

Ask Mike Zimmer, you don’t manage or coach your team through the media. Locker rooms and trust are lost pretty quickly that way.

The armchair GMs on Vikings Ventline last night calling for a coaching change were so cringe.

There are a lot of reactionary fans out there who think that they have it all figured out. I think KOC will be fine/good as well. A lot of the struggles we’ve had have more to do with turnovers than anything else and that is something they have to work on in practice

Some fans also ignore the injuries the Vkings have had

I remember in McVay’s early days he got outcoached by Zimmer. That being said, I don’t think Eberflus is the guy you want outcoaching you

KOC is not results driven. He is process driven. I think this loss stings more than previous ones because we did not have a good process in place. It wasn’t just execution. Our game plan was out of wack and KOC is taking full responsibility for that.

I think he’ll improve the process every year.
