I just watch basketball on TV. I was never part of a team. But when a coach has a defensive scheme or offensive scheme, we can see it as fans, win or lose. Other teams do it to us, we have no aim or goal to minimize their best players nor do we maximize our second best player. (Lebron can create own shots) Lebron is the reason why we have a decent record. And when he is tired then we have little chance.

I think the Lakers should hire more assistant coaches. If you look at the 19-20 Lakers season, we had Jason Kidd, and Lionel Hollins as assistant coaches both who have been head coaches previously.
